DND Construction Services’ key director of Vertical Transportation Consulting is Michael Walsh, who has extensive expertise in servicing nationwide brands. Michael has over 30 years experience in the field and serves on 4 National ASME Code Committees: Hydraulic Elevators, Existing Installations, Maintenance and Repair, and Escalators and Moving Walks.

Michael Walsh
Director of Vertical Transportation Consulting
Michael has served over 30 years in the elevator and mobility industry working from the bottom of the ladder to the top. His unique experiences moving from an elevator repair technician to a project foreman and a business owner within the commercial and residential sectors has allowed for a well-rounded ability to consult on Elevator projects and loss or damage of elevator systems. Michael has previously served in three consulting roles, with insurance losses and damage assessment and with project consulting for a variety of vertical transportation systems. He is able to manage clients, create value, and understand the complex processes involved in the elevator industry, and possesses numerous certifications and proficiencies in elevator/escalator control systems and maintenance allowing for knowledge of comprehensive projects and how to manage them accordingly.
